What does AI do, and what do I decide?
AI organizes the tour, writes the narration, and combines images and voice. You provide the content, review the information, make adjustments, and decide when to publish.
Can I modify the generated presentation?
Yes. You can adjust text, images, and narration in the editor and review the result before sharing it.
Is my property published automatically?
No. Generating a presentation does not make it public. The content stays private until you review the result and activate the publication.
What will my client see when they open the link?
The tour and enabled publication sections, such as the property sheet, gallery, and the option to request information from you.
Does my client need an account to view it?
They do not need to sign in to explore a public publication. If they request contact, the process asks them to verify their email.
How do I share the presentation?
Copy the active publication's link and send it through WhatsApp, email, or the channels you use to promote your properties.
What does a Territi subscription include?
Access to software for creating, editing, and publishing presentations, with the published-property limit and monthly AI credits included in your plan.
Is Territi an agency or a listing portal?
Territi provides software to create and share your presentations. It does not broker property transactions, sell contacts, or manage advertising campaigns.
Which photos can I use?
