What to know about usage, billing, and cancellation.
Does Free expire?
Free is permanent, not a trial. Keep your properties and presentations private, with up to 5 photos per tour and 250 MiB of storage. It includes no publications or monthly credits and requires no card. Access requires approval.
What counts as an active publication?
It is a property link that is currently public. Reaching the plan limit never deletes your private property workspace; you choose which links stay live.
How do monthly AI credits work?
Each paid publication includes 1,000 AI credits per month. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the period. Free includes no monthly credits. AI credits only measure Territi service consumption and have no cash value.
How are paid plans billed?
Paid plans renew monthly in USD. Displayed prices are fixed USD base amounts; applicable taxes are calculated for the buyer at checkout.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can reduce publications or cancel at the next renewal. When reducing, choose which publications to keep. On cancellation, all become private: you keep your dossiers and unexpired credits, but Free includes no publications or monthly credits.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are shown in USD before taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout using the buyer's billing information.
