1. Scope, roles and eligibility
These Property Experience Terms apply when you explore or interact with a Territi property experience, request contact, use personalization or recommendations, or use another property-experience feature. The Workspace Terms of Service instead apply when you manage properties, publications, subscriptions or related business activity through a workspace.
Account status does not determine which terms apply; your role and activity do. Basic property exploration does not require a Territi account, and these Terms continue to govern property-experience activity if you sign in or create a profile. A person acting in both roles is covered by both sets of terms for the corresponding activity. By using a property-experience feature, you agree to these Terms to the extent a binding agreement is permitted by applicable law. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Territi's role
Territi is software supplied and operated by JeanKAI Labs, LLC. It gives real-estate professionals tools to create and share property presentations and receive voluntary contact requests. Territi is not the property owner, seller, landlord, broker, listing agent, lender, appraiser, title company or party to a property transaction unless a separate written statement expressly says otherwise.
The workspace organization or professional identified with a property experience controls the property relationship, availability, viewings, advice, negotiations, offers, contracts, commissions and transaction. Territi does not guarantee that a property remains available or that a transaction will occur.
03
3. Publications and property information
The workspace organization or professional responsible for a publication selects the property information and media made public. Property descriptions, measurements, pricing, availability, maps, photographs, audio, narration and other materials may be supplied through the workspace or prepared with AI-assisted tools.
Public materials are provided for general informational and presentation purposes. Verify facts that matter to you directly with the responsible professional and through appropriate independent inspections, records and advisers before making a financial or legal decision.
04
4. Browsing, analytics and privacy
Territi provides aggregate publication analytics and a separately governed individualized property-personalization and professional-support mode. Basic exploration uses bounded aggregate counters and does not create a reusable personal activity history or link later contact details to those counters.
The individualized mode uses contextual disclosures, regional privacy controls and any user choice or other valid legal basis required before collecting or combining individual activity. The Privacy Notice explains the data categories, purposes, recipients, retention and available rights.
05
5. Personalization, recommendations and AI
Personalization and recommendations help organize property information and identify potential relevance from the preferences and activity authorized for that purpose. They are informational aids, not professional advice or decisions about a person's quality, solvency, creditworthiness or legal eligibility for housing.
Territi may use authorized, minimized and pseudonymous or deidentified property-experience activity through a purpose-limited workflow to research, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, improve and develop Territi's artificial-intelligence systems, products, services and features. Direct identity, contact details and messages are excluded from training datasets. The applicable contextual notice and privacy controls govern individualized activity.
06
6. Direct contact
You choose whether to request contact. The statement shown with the contact tool authorizes Territi to verify the selected contact channel and disclose the submitted identity, contact details and message to the workspace organization or professional responsible for that publication so they can respond to that request.
A contact request does not by itself create a reusable buyer profile or authorize unrelated marketing, advertising, sale of the contact or commercial campaigns. The receiving organization or professional independently controls its follow-up and must obtain any additional permission required for another purpose.
07
7. Fair access and high-impact decisions
Territi does not use property-experience activity to determine housing or credit eligibility and does not authorize workspace organizations or professionals to infer protected characteristics, discriminate or unlawfully exclude a person from a housing opportunity. Do not rely on a Territi recommendation or generated statement as the sole basis for a financial, housing or other high-impact decision.
08
8. Acceptable use
You may use property experiences for lawful property discovery and communication. You may not introduce malware; disrupt, overload, probe or bypass security; automate abusive contact; scrape or reproduce the service at scale; impersonate another person; submit false or unlawful material; infringe rights; or use Territi to build or train a competing product or model.
Do not place payment-card data, government credentials, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information in contact messages or property-experience inputs.
09
9. Intellectual property and third-party services
Territi's software, design, branding, models, systems and non-user content belong to JeanKAI Labs, LLC or its licensors. Property materials belong to the applicable workspace organization, professional or rights holder. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the property experience for its intended purpose.
A publication may link to maps, contact channels or other third-party services. Their operators independently control those services and their own terms and privacy practices.
10
10. Availability, disclaimers and liability
Territi may maintain, secure and improve the property experience. Account configuration, property-publication status, location and applicable requirements determine which capabilities are accessible. Internet conditions, maintenance, workspace-user actions and provider incidents may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the property experience and public materials are provided as-is and as-available. JeanKAI Labs, LLC does not guarantee property accuracy, availability, transaction outcomes, contact responses, recommendation results or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JeanKAI Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages or for a property decision or transaction between a property-experience user and a workspace organization or professional. Nothing in these Property Experience Terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive or limit.
To use Territi, you need an internet connection and a device, operating system and browser that meet the technical requirements published in the compatibility section of Support, linked in this document’s resources. Some features depend on device capabilities and permissions. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that reduce compatibility, except when immediate action is needed for security. This information does not limit your non-waivable statutory rights.

11. Changes, contact and governing terms
We may update these Property Experience Terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be announced through a reasonable channel and will identify a new version and effective date. A material expansion of individualized data practices is handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable user-choice requirements.
Use the legal contact in Operator Details for questions about these Property Experience Terms. They are governed by the law of JeanKAI Labs, LLC's formation jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and its competent courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
